The Objectives of RAS

  • To foster and promote co-operation among restaurants and similar establishments in Singapore

  • To promote growth, development of management knowledge and inculcate culinary
    techniques

  • To organize research, seminars, study tour, courses pertaining to the efficient management of restaurants or similar enterprises within the hospitality industry

  • To act jointly on matters of common interest and to represent members in communication with other bodies and the public
