Who We Are


Restaurant Association of Singapore (RAS) was established in 1980 to promote cooperation among restaurants and to upgrade their capabilities. The Association is the largest representative body for F&B establishments in Singapore.  RAS also works with various government bodies and F&B related associations overseas to develop the local F&B industry.

RAS is a member of the World Association of Chinese Cuisine and a sister association to The Association of Restaurant Managers Ltd in Hong Kong and Shanghai Catering Trade Association. RAS has also close ties with various F&B related associations worldwide.  A Declaration of Cooperation was entered into with the National Restaurant Association in Year 2006.
