Restaurant Asia brings the equipment, technology and ideas shaping the next era of dining to Sands Expo, organised by Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) with the Restaurant Association of Singapore (RAS). It is also home to the RAS Leadership Symposium.
Restaurant Asia is a dedicated showcase of restaurant, kitchen and culinary equipment, with a clear eye on the smart kitchen of the future: the technology changing how we cook, manage food and run almost every part of an F&B business.
It is the only F&B trade show for the industry, by the industry, with solutions chosen for the people who run kitchens and dining rooms. In 2026 it ran alongside SIGEP Asia at Sands Expo from 15 to 17 July.

Less admin, more hospitality. On 15 July 2026 the symposium took the Main Stage at Sands Expo for four hours on agentic AI, built for multi outlet owners and operators who want their time back.
Operators heard what is already working in Singapore F&B businesses, listened to honest stories from people who have done it, and designed their first AI agent for one part of their business. Every seat was taken.

Restaurant Asia runs each July at Sands Expo and Convention Centre, alongside SIGEP Asia. The 2026 edition ran from 15 to 17 July. Register your interest and we will send the 2027 dates as soon as they are announced.
It is a trade show for the people who run and supply F&B businesses: restaurant owners and operators, chefs, buyers, distributors, hoteliers and caterers. Cafe, bar and dessert operators made up the largest group of visitors in 2025.
